Most people think of life insurance as something that pays out when you die. An IUL does that — and
so much more. It is a living, growing financial tool that protects your family and builds your wealth at the
same time. Liberation Wealth Partners will show you exactly how it works, what it costs, and whether it
is right for your life.

What Is an IUL? (In Plain Language)

An Indexed Universal Life Insurance policy is two powerful things in one.

Protection

A death benefit that pays your family a tax-free lump sum if you pass away. It doesn’t matter what the stock market is doing. It doesn’t matter what programs the government has cut. Your family is protected, period.

Wealth

A cash value account inside the same policy that grows based on market index performance — like the S&P 500. When the market goes up, your money grows. When the market crashes? Your money stays put. There is a floor — typically zero — so you never lose value from market downturns.

That accumulated cash value is yours to access while you are still alive; tax-free. Use it for your children’s college education. A down payment on a home. Starting a business. Supplementing your retirement income. It belongs to you.

“This is how wealthy families have been building generational wealth for decades. The knowledge was kept

from us deliberately. That ends here.”

How IUL Compares

IUL VS. EMPLOYER GROUP LIFE INSURANCE

Your employer’s group life insurance is typically 1–2 times your annual salary. It ends the
moment you leave that job — voluntarily or not. It builds no cash value. It builds no wealth.
It exists only as a basic safety net, and a fragile one. An IUL belongs to you permanently. It
follows you from job to job and through every life transition. It builds cash value over time. It
protects your family even if you are never employed by the same employer again.

IUL VS. TERM LIFE INSURANCE

Term life is renting coverage. You pay for a set period — 10, 20, 30 years — and if you
outlive the term, the policy expires and you have nothing. No cash value. No return. Just an
expired contract. An IUL is owning coverage. You build equity inside it. The cash value
grows. The death benefit remains. It becomes a true asset.

IUL VS. 401(K) ONLY

Your 401(k) is taxed when you withdraw it in retirement. An IUL’s cash value can be
accessed tax-free. They work best together — your 401(k) as a tax-deferred savings
vehicle and your IUL as a tax-free income supplement in retirement. Most financial
educators will tell you not to rely on one vehicle. IUL is the second vehicle most people
were never told existed.
